Can you customize construction hoists according to project requirements?

Yes. We support multiple customization items, including lifting capacity, lifting speed, cage dimensions, mast section size, maximum lifting height and electrical protection configuration. What certificates do your construction hoists have?

What is your lead time for order production?

For standard models, production lead time is 15‑25 working days after receiving deposit. For customized non‑standard units and large‑volume orders, the exact schedule will be confirmed according to your technical drawing and order quantity.

Do you provide overseas installation guidance and technical support?

Yes. We supply detailed English operation & installation manuals and video guidance. We can also arrange our professional engineers to go overseas for on‑site commissioning and staff training upon client’s request. Online remote technical support is available all the time.

Are your spare parts compatible with other brands of construction hoists?

Most of our spare parts such as conductor rails, safety devices, rack and pinion components are compatible with mainstream Chinese‑brand rack‑and‑pinion hoists. Please offer your original model or parameter list, we will check compatibility for you.

What is your after‑sales warranty policy?

We offer 12‑month warranty for whole machines from the date of shipment (excluding quick‑wear consumable parts). Within warranty period, quality‑caused failures support free component replacement. We provide long‑term spare‑parts supply service after warranty expires.
